Job description

Build relationships with customers (schools, parents and students) by listening and responding to their questions about applying to Oxford or Cambridge

Recommend and customise our bespoke Oxbridge Programmes for prospective students

Maintain client relationships by being a point of contact throughout their Programme; be a sensitive and proactive mentor to students on the Programme

Oxbridge Programme management: monitor programme hours, liaise with tutors, and ensure the highest quality service throughout

Be actively involved in events and webinars

Fulfil various other tasks as one would expect when being part of a team — opportunities include sales and marketing, writing articles and academic resources, project planning and management, new product development, some administrative tasks

Option of doing some tutoring as part of the role
Location and work pattern

Based in Oxford

Monday to Friday, 8am – 4.30pm

Occasional evening and weekend work during events, for which time off in lieu will be given
